Types of off-site events to look for

• Manufacturer happy hours. Hosted by major AV brands at Strip bars and lounges. Usually invite-only or badge-gated — RSVP early.
• Channel and partner dinners. Distributors and integrators host private dinners for current and prospective partners. Ask your account team what's on their calendar.
• Community meetups. AVIXA Women in AV, rAVe roundtables, and various Slack and Discord communities run informal meetups throughout the week.
• Awards and showcase nights. The InfoComm New Product Awards and similar ceremonies make for easy, high-density networking before the night moves on.
